1 to 2 boxes of dried multi-colored spiral shaped pasta (depending on how much is needed to feed your family) You can also use other pasta like rotini, fusilli or penne
1 bottle of Italian salad dressing
3 cups diced tomatoes (roma, beefsteak, plum) or cherry/grape tomatoes cut in half
1 1/3 cups of diced red onion
1 container of traditional regular crumbled feta cheese or grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped salami or diced ham
3/4 cup drained and sliced pitted black olives or pitted Kalamata olives
Cook pasta according to package directions, until soft. Drain and rinse with cold water. Pat dry with paper towel or clean towel. Place into a big bowl or pot.
Toss with all other ingredients, except for the cheese.
Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Add cheese when ready to eat.
Pasta may keep in fridge for up to 3 days.
