Pull Apart Pizza Bread

  • Grease a large bowl with olive oil and empty the bag of pizza dough into it. Swirl it around and flip it over so all sides are covered in olive oil.
  • Cover the bowl with a kitchen cloth and let the dough rise for a few hours in the microwave (minimum 1 hour but the longer the better I think)
  • Dust your work surface and slide the dough out of the bowl, gently knead it a lil so it de-poofs and then fold the edges into a nice big ball, cut the ball into quarters
  • Chop and roll the dough into smaller pieces, bite sized pieces (each quarter should make about 15-18 pieces, in total about 60-70 pieces)
  • Note: use a butcher knife to do this part, its faster and easier.
  • Handful salami chopped (7 large slices)
  • Handful black olives sliced (maybe half or cup)
  • Bunch of fresh basil chopped (all of what came in the plastic box)
  • Pickled jalapeno, chopped (a few tablespoons? Or more if you want spicier, maybe 1/4 1/3 cup)
  • 6-8 cloves garlic, minced
  • Pizza sauce for dipping and a bit drizzled over the top layer
  • 1/2 cup olive oil or less, might be okay
  • 1 tb Italian seasoning
  • 1 tb dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, put in the mixture and drizzled over the top
  • Butter for greasing pan
  • Use fluted Bundt pan, springform pan, or sheet tray
